The terms that apply when you use our site, book a tour, or opt in to our SMS program.

Welcome to Razor's Edge Tours. By using our site, booking a tour, or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our website, book a tour, or opt in to receive text messages from us. Minors may participate in tours only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who has accepted these Terms.
Bookings
Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and we send written confirmation. You're responsible for providing accurate information (names, ages, medical conditions, etc.). Prices are in USD and subject to change; the price at booking is what you pay.
Cancellations
- 48+ hours before tour: full refund
- Within 48 hours: 50% refund
- Within 24 hours or no-show: no refund
- If we cancel (weather, safety, etc.): full refund or reschedule
SMS text messaging program
Program description: Razor's Edge Tours operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers who have provided their phone number and consented to receive text messages.
Types of messages we send:
- Booking confirmations and reservation details
- Pickup reminders and meeting location info
- Trail conditions, weather alerts, and flash flood warnings
- Trip logistics and customer support replies
- Promotional messages, special offers, and new tour announcements (marketing — only with separate consent)
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and the type of consent provided.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
How to opt out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After replying STOP, you'll receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt back in.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Information about how we collect, use, and protect your data — including SMS opt-in data — is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Razor's Edge Tours.
Risk and responsibility
Outdoor tours involve real risks — uneven terrain, flash floods, heat, wildlife, and falls. By participating, you accept these risks, confirm you're physically able, and agree to follow your guide's safety instructions. The guide has final authority on safety decisions. A separate liability waiver is required before each tour.
Photos
We may take photos and video during tours for marketing purposes. Let us know in writing before the tour if you'd prefer not to be included.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for that tour. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Content
All content on our site (photos, text, logos) belongs to Razor's Edge Tours and can't be used without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in Utah courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the updates.
