This is the tour Razor's Edge is known for. It packs three completely different experiences into one easy afternoon, and it's consistently the highlight of our guests' entire Utah trip.
You'll ride out across the coral-pink sand with a local guide at the wheel, stop to sandboard the dunes, and finish with a guided walk through Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon — a secluded, narrow canyon of winding sandstone walls that stays quiet and uncrowded thanks to its remote location. No experience is needed for any of it, and it's suitable for just about every age and fitness level.
Three experiences, one tour
Here's exactly how your two hours in the backcountry play out.
Private UTV Ride
Climb into a side-by-side UTV and ride out across the coral-pink sand and open high desert. Your guide drives the whole way — no license, no experience, and no white-knuckle driving on your part.
Sandboarding
Stop at the dunes and slide down towering coral-pink sand. Boards and everything you need are provided, it's completely beginner-friendly, and kids love it. Take as many runs as you can fit in.
Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon
Finish with a guided hike through the canyon itself — about a mile round trip on flat, easy terrain. Wander the narrow, winding sandstone walls while your guide shares the geology and stories behind them.
